The amiibo situation many have been experiencing the past month or so has been frustrating, to say the least. Scalpers have come out to play, buying large quantities of amiibo, just to sell them for double, triple, or quadruple the actual price. Then, there are those that do it just to be a thorn in the side of fans.
Will wave three prove to be another showcase that Nintendo does not produce the proper amount of stock? I truly hope this is simply a case of allotment; retailers only having one allotment of pre-orders to fulfill. Come next month, though, we will find out for certain.
